A Bridge and a Beacon

HAFALI is a community-based organization serving the Long Island community since 1995. We aim to serve as the “epicenter” for families and individuals of Haitian descent while serving as a bridge connecting the Haitian Community and the Community at large.

HAFALI fulfills its mission through its 

Family Support Services, Community Development and Organizing, and HOME (Haiti Outreach Mission Experience).
